She gives good reminders and options to reschedule or cancel if need be. She gave me some great tips and scheduled everything for the next time right there. The wax she uses and her technique was perfect!!! It was not painful and I felt like she was attentive and took her time. My face and bikini area look great and I’m so glad I found her waxing studio after not having gone in a while because of Covid- my old salon closed permanently.
